Letting the Gold Fish nibble her toes! I think she was a little unsure of this though!
Thanking Uncle Lonnie and Aunt Lana for getting her out of the pool! She didn't quite enjoy her first dip! But doesn't she look adorable!

She loves her funny cousins!

Time well spent with Grandma and Peepaw!

Sun bathing in her beautiful sun dress!

Once again, time has gotten away from me. I believe my last post was at the end of March. Just two months! Who's counting...well, besides all of you!? Well you are the ones we created this for, so my apologies for not filling you in a little more often on the adventures of Avery! Well let's see...our little 9 month old now has 7 teeth and loves to eat anything you put in front of her, on spoon or in hand! She loves to be around people which works out well for our large families! We are on the go ALOT and I feel bad for her sometimes being in the car seat going here and there visiting everyone under the sun. But when we get home ALONE she seems less content. I haven't decided if it's harder on me or her getting her in and out of the car and stroller all day or just sitting at home! ha! Either way she's pretty easy going. Once she starts crawling (yes, she is still a sitting duck), then I believe she will enjoy being home more! She can pull up on things and stand for as long as you would like to spot her. Her favorite position though, and has been for months, is standing in your lap holding on to your thumbs and swaying. She's also extremely vocal which means she takes after David a little more in that area! If you aren't making eye contact with her she lets you know imediately by grunting at you til you look her way. It's really cute especially when she grins like she does. She can play patty cake and is a real book worm at her young age. It's the only way we make it through church sometimes!
