Holiday Happenings...

Christmas definately is "The Most Wonderful Time of Year"! We had such a blessed week of family and events...and I do mean a week! We had family in and out and we were here and there for a full week and I loved every minute of it! Plus this was the first Christmas Avery was able to fully enjoy and appreciate! My favorite memory from this year will be the way Avery responded each time we asked her to open her next gift. She would lean towards us, hold up her little pointer finger, raise her eyebrows and in a very sincere, serious yet sweet way she would say, "in a minute." It was so fun to watch her excitement and hear her squeal as she opened her gifts! I'm sure all of you with little ones enjoyed the same! Here's a bundle of pictures from before, during and after. Happy 2011!
Ready to head to the park with cousin Jett! He didn't even mind to be wearing chic shades.

Hold on Jett you might be up there a while!

And they're off!
Didn't you all love that 80 degree day a few day's before Christmas?! It was at just the right time to let the kids out to run free before house hopping, visiting and forced nap times!
Baking Cookies A.K.A. Eating Dough
Lindsey and Averi making more cookies...this girl knows how to put the sprinkles on!
Christmas with Dops and Nani!

In the tent with YaYa...in case you're wondering, we put the tent over YaYa so she wouldn't have to squeeze through the small tubes!

Cousin Tim joined us for opening gifts...he's always great entertainment!

Christmas morning...puffy eyes, Christmas jammies, gift wrap and toys everywhere...just perfect!

I could have put in the smiling, more formal shot but this one is priceless!

Aves and Tisha!

On to the James' Christmas...
holding baby Cayla with good help from Aunt Ashley!

Lots of girly toys that even matched cousin Kaegens!

Who doesn't remember these fun things?! They liked them too!

In the mix with Papa and Nana...

We're quite festive with our red matchy blouses!

Just what this boy needs!

Avery at the young age of 2 would now like a Nintindo DS...she loved watching them play theirs!
We actually got a group shot of the whole James family but I haven't received it yet by email...I'll post one when it comes!
