Aves and I surprised Dad for his 30th Birthday by inviting a few buddies and family for a day of fun! I think us moms enjoyed it just as much as the guys did! Then we headed to Lake Amistad with his family for some fishing and boating!

Great-Grannie Nannies' beautiful Iris' and new gazebo!Playing catch-up! Easter with both families and a stomach bug in between! Avery got the hang of hunting eggs this year. She took her time searching for eggs and didn't mind dropping a few to go back for later. Her basket was either worn on her shoulder like a purse or she used it like a walking cane limping on every other step! She and Dave got the stomach...it was a bad one this time. But fortunately they got over it fairly quickly. She also got her first pedicure just in time for her to wear her Easter dress! She loved watching me paint them and wanted to help so badly! She couldn't resist touching them, so it took several rounds of touch-ups until I could get the hair dryer blowing on them! Then she enjoyed "telling" everyone about it!
